Washington, DC Multifamily Anti-climb

At a compact apartment building in a quiet neighborhood just off central Washington, DC, we installed the GIZAGIZA HEART Black along a tall wood entry gate, adjacent concrete wing walls, and a steel security screen around the stair tower. From the street it reads as a thin shadow line; up close it eliminates grips, footholds, and hook points. (Exact address withheld for privacy.)

Design Notes

The building’s exposed steel and board-formed concrete set a precise rhythm. The GIZAGIZA HEART continues that rhythm as a slim crown that disappears into the coping line until you get close—when its purpose is unmistakable.
