Refund / Return Policy

Our company offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your item.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting return will not be accepted.


Defective or Non-Conforming Items

Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will review the issue and take appropriate action.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds are not accepted for customer-convenience returns, opened or used items, or the following types of items, regardless of reason. These include perishable items (food, flowers, plants, etc.), customized or personalized items (special order), personal care items (beauty products, etc.), sale items, gift cards, and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us for clarification.


Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
