Context & Objective

Set within a quiet residential pocket of Mid-City Los Angeles, the homeowner wanted a design-first way to secure the side yard. The brief called for a solution that would blend with the home’s chic stucco palette and black wrought-iron accents, while stopping casual climbs and tampering at the side gate.

Design & Installation

We installed Ninja Deterrentâ„¢ Gotic Black— profile in matte black—along the top of the wood gate and the adjoining fence on both sides. The heart-cut peaks form a clean silhouette that reads like a refined cap, yet blocks hand purchase effectively. The black finish ties into the window grilles and hardware, keeping the look cohesive and calm.
