Pricing & Charges

Product prices shown include Japanese consumption tax. Shipping charges and any additional fees, if applicable, are shown separately.

Additional costs include consumption tax, shipping, payment processing fees per card issuer terms, bank transfer fees, and international customs duties borne by customer (DDU basis). DDP arrangements available upon request based on destination and order amount.

Delivery Timeline

In-stock items ship normally within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Made-to-order items ship within approximately 2–4 weeks (depending on production load) after payment. Actual schedules may vary due to weather, customs, and carrier conditions.

Payment Methods & Timing

Accepted: Stripe (major cards), Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, invoice payment (approved cases).

Credit/wallet payments charge at order. Bank transfers require payment within 5 days of placing your order before automatic cancellation. Subscriptions charge at start, then recurring monthly or yearly.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges for unused and unopened items only, if you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Customer-initiated returns bear shipping costs; defective items replaced at company expense. Custom-made items cannot be returned except for defects.

Defects & Damage

Confirmed shipping damage or manufacturing defects receive replacement or refund, with photographic evidence potentially required.

Safety Notice

These products are sharp metal components intended for security and anti-intrusion purposes. Professional installation required per applicable laws and codes. Company not liable for accidents from improper installation except gross negligence.
