In-stock items: normally shipped within 13 business days after payment is confirmed. Made-to-order / customised items: shipped within approximately 24 weeks (depending on production load) after payment (we will inform you separately). The actual delivery schedule may vary due to weather conditions, customs procedures, and the situation of the carrier. |

| Timing of payment |
Credit card / wallet payments: charged at the time of order. Bank transfer: please make payment within 5 days of placing your order (orders are automatically cancelled after the due date). Recurring billing (subscription): first charge at contract start, followed by recurring charges on a monthly or yearly basis as agreed. |
| Returns, exchanges, and cancellations |
We accept returns or exchanges for unused and unopened items only, if you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns without prior notice cannot be accepted. Customer reasons (e.g. wrong size, different from expectation): return shipping and any bank or processing fees for refunds are borne by the customer. Initial defects or wrong products delivered: please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos or other evidence; we will replace the item or refund at our cost. Custom-made / made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned except in the case of defects. Refunds are processed according to the original payment method (in compliance with Stripes rules where applicable). For cross-border orders, the feasibility of reshipment or replacement depends on local laws and customs conditions in the destination country. |
| Handling of defective items | If shipping damage or initial defects are confirmed, we will replace the product with an equivalent item or issue a refund. We may ask you to provide photos or videos so that we can confirm the situation. |

We shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, or any damage arising from improper installation or use, except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence. |
