Thank you for selecting Otani Ninja Deterrent. We proudly offer international shipping services from Japan to customers worldwide. Please review the following policy for details regarding our shipping process.

  1. Order Processing

    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. We do not ship on weekends or Japanese national holidays, including year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week (early May), and Obon holidays (mid-August). During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you separately if significant delays occur.

  2. International Shipping

    We currently ship to most international destinations. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

    *Delivery times are estimates. Customs processing or local postal delays may affect the delivery time.

  3. Customs, Taxes, and Fees

    International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We have no control over, and cannot predict, the amount of such fees.

  4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available.

  5. Damaged or Lost Packages

    All orders are carefully packaged and shipped. However, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit once the package has been handed over to the carrier, unless the issue is due to our negligence.

    If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact the carrier to file a claim for compensation.

  6. Shipping Restrictions

    We currently do not ship to the following areas:

    • Countries subject to trade sanctions or embargoes
    • Military or diplomatic facilities (APO/FPO/DPO)
    • Private mailboxes (availability may vary by carrier and region)
