In an area where break-ins had become a serious concern, the first place this residence addressed was the front of the property, the most vulnerable area.
The Classic Black Short was installed all along the entire fence line, surrounding the front without any gaps. A clean and consistent line of defense was achieved.

The goal isn't institutional fortification. It's deterring the opportunists from entering your property.
The goal isn't to make the exterior appear like an institution, it's to eliminate the conditions that allow burglars to break-in, while maintaining the elegant appearance of the property. Along the black wall and the dark finish of the fence, the low profile becomes a sophisticated detail rather than a security component.
Multi-layered defense at the entry: Combining Ninja Deterrent with surveillance cameras to address the most vulnerable areas of the property.
Client Priorities: Visible Deterrence, Without The Visual Noise
While speaking with a prominent real estate broker, I discovered that their priorities were the same. Increase deterrence in a visible way, without cluttering the architectural appearance. As a result, the front of the entry remains visually elegant, while the performance is maximized at the most vulnerable points of a property.
Continuous coverage even around the corners, eliminating weak areas that can easily become a starting point for climbing.
