Right near W Sunset Blvd in Hollywood. In a location with a lot of foot traffic and visibility, this residence needed "high-performance perimeter security." However, they didn't want to spoil the clean architectural feel of the white-painted exterior walls.

Metal anti-climb spikes on top of a white stucco perimeter wall. Large trees and a castle-like building in the background.

Installation: A "Seamless" Top Line
on the Wall's Edge

Classic short dual (double blade) was installed continuously across the entire top of the boundary wall. The finish combines White finish + Stainless to match the bright stucco and coping texture of the site. The important thing is "continuity." Because climbing only requires one "starting point," the layout avoids creating any gaps or weak seams. In particular, we focused on eliminating weaknesses in corners / pillars / gate approaches where attempts are most likely to begin.

Classic short dual is placed continuously on the "coping" to eliminate climbing points while keeping the white wall clean.

Appearance: Blends into the Streetscape, Clearly "Impossible" Up Close

From the street, the spikes can be read as a delicate, rhythmic topline. On the other hand, the message becomes clear at close range. No holds, no footholds, no "safe place" to swing a leg. We have created a sophisticated perimeter line that secures the practical anti-climb performance required for a busy Hollywood corridor.

A thin, architectural topline - subtle from the street, decisive up close.

Installation Highlights

  • Continuous installation across wall sections prevents creating an "entrance" for climbing
  • Reinforcement of corners/pillars eliminates footholds at typical breaking points.
  • White + Stainless adjustment unifies the appearance while maintaining a high-quality feel.
  • Tight pitch leaves no practical gaps for hands or knees.

Corners are reinforced to eliminate potential "starting points" for climbing.
